| A: | Yes, you do. These new receivers are able to receive the programming broadcast from the new satellites. If you have a receiver with the model number H20 or HR20 (or higher), then you already have an MPEG-4 receiver. You can obtain a MPEG-4 HD or HD DVR receiver by contacting customer service once your property has been upgraded to accept the new programming via a MFH2 or MFH3 network infrastructure. |
